What is your tenant match and warranty?
We will accompany all prospective tenants through your property and complete a thorough background and credit check on each candidate. We will prepare you with all lease documents, inspections and rental licensing. The best part – we provide a FREE six-month Tenant Warranty on all placed tenants, which can be extended to up to 18 months with our property management services and extended lease. That means, if your tenants defaults for any reason, we’ll provide additional tenant placement services for free!

How do I login to Dotloop?
When an agent has requested your signature you will receive a notification in your email inbox that typically says: ACTION NEEDED [Your Agent’s Name] needs you to sign a document.

Upon opening this email, you will see brief instructions within the body, read these carefully as your agent may have specific information for you in this email. When you’re ready, go ahead and click the blue View Document button. This will pull you into the document.

As soon as you enter the document, you will be presented with a flashing blue bar stating Start Signing. If you click this bar, Dotloop will walk you down your document(s) and assist you in clicking in the proper spots to sign as designated by your agent. However, you can manually scroll down the document at your own pace and read and/or sign as you like.

How do I utilize Dotloop?
After activating your Dotloop account, you will be able to access all documents that have been shared with you – at any time. Upon logging in, you will see all the transactions, or loops, you are involved in. Clicking on a loop will take you into that loop, where all documents, people, and tasks associated with the transaction are listed.

You have a lot to think about as a renter—starting with location and price. Taking the first step to become a Renters Warehouse tenant is easy! You can search for a property in your market or apply for a lease to become a tenant directly on our website. 

Who will I be working with when searching for a home?
We will provide you with one of our talented agents to help you in search of your next home. They will work with you directly to find out your needs and wants in your home search.

Who will be managing my home?
While Renters Warehouse doesn’t have a direct relationship with renters, our relationship with your potential landlord means a much better renting experience for you. Your home will be taking care of by our professional property management team here at Renters Warehouse.

Who will take care of maintenance requests?
We will coordinate maintenance requests and get confirmation from the homeowner on approvals for any repairs—which means you don’t have to.

How do I pay rent?
We have electronic rent payments set up so you don’t have to worry about writing checks. We help make the process easy as possible!
