Shawn Helin – Manager, National Business Development
Shawn joined the Renters Warehouse family in early 2012. From the 2006-2009 he worked in the family business of building and selling custom residential homes throughout the Northern Suburbs of Minnesota. Shawn stepped into the corporate world in 2009 where he acted as a National Account Manager for Best Buy, overseeing multi-million-dollar portfolios throughout the Eastern US. Shawn was never able to fully transition out of Real Estate and found the perfect fit in 2012 with Renters Warehouse. After nearly two years in Customer Service, Sales and Leasing, Shawn transitioned into Franchise Sales, helping to double the company’s market presence in just two short years. Shawn is now helping Renters Warehouse exponentially grow its national footprint through property management takeovers, transfers and contract buyouts.
VIP Client Relations Team Servicing
After your 90-day integration period, you will be assigned a one-stop-shop Professional Landlord of Rent Estate™ as your single point of contact within our VIP Client Relations Team. This team is solely responsible for managing investor portfolios – soup to nuts – post integration, eliminating the need for our investors to have to contact various departments as needs arise. They will work with each of our specialized departments to troubleshoot any issue or concern you may have
